LATEST PICK:30'S 40'S SPORT JACKET
Fresh from a bale and still a little wrinkled ,my latest find. This russet capeskin leather jacket, is from the Spiegel company. It as the typical braided front makes also seen on their horsehide version .the most interesting detail on it in my humble opinion.....

Ha!There was a seamen's outfitters in jacksonville,FL back in the 1970s.That place was like going back in time.I bought 3 chambray shirts for $13 and left.6 mos. later I came back off a Med cruise and went back there and it was gone, completely bare, not even a sign.Had it ever really existed I wondered or had it all been just a dream?
